Not so well. Didn't go some weeks in a row so kind of got myself off track. I've got to hop back on and keep going. That's so kind of you to ask.

LOL - I was hoping not to be asked that! Still, I'll admit to being better off than the last time I dared talk about weight issues. I still cannot walk for long distances but am doing better at it. Now that the kids' birthdays are behind us, too, we can move along with less fat contents, too. I know, I should make those choices anyway - but I just couldn't bring myself to do it this year.
At any rate, wishing you much luck and letting you know I'm in your corner!

Thanks to you Me2. I've kept off the 13 pounds, but really need to continue down the scale.
Sounds like you know what to do. Now the problem is doing it. We all have THAT particular problem, don't we?

See - 13 lbs is nothing to sneeze at - good for you!!!
Yep, DD and I have renewed vigor and we're dragging DH and DS with us ... doesn't hauling dead weight at least increase our chances? LOL
